★ TERMS OF SERVICE ★_{About Commision Artwork}
_{1. The services that I offer are only the 3D rendered artwork. I do not provide any of the extracted assets or work files.}_{2. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.}_{3. First come, first serve.}_{Timeline, Updates, and Turnarounds}
_{1. Once started, commissions may take 10 - 30 working days to complete depending on the complexity. This excludes days waiting for feedback and weekends.}_{2. You will receive updates when I start your order, work-in-progress screenshots, and any other information about your order.}_{3. You are entitled to a max of two (2) major revisions on your piece. These revisions are mostly on major poses, clothes, lighting, and environmental changes.}_{4. You will receive a test render of your artwork before the final render and post-processing. Major revisions are no longer allowed once you approve it.}_{5. Final artworks will be sent through the email you put in this order form.}_{Copyright and Usage}
_{1. I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork.}_{2. Commissioned artworks are NOT allowed to be used for any AI training, NFT, and/or blockchain-related things.}_{3. Commissioned artworks are for personal use only and are not to be used for any commercial purposes UNLESS discussed and agreed upon.}_{4. Upon completion, you will receive a watermarked version (for posting) and a clean version (for personal use only) of your order.}_{5. You may share the commissioned artwork anywhere, alter it, or print it as long as you do not claim the artwork as your own creation.}_{6. I will post WIPs and the final commissioned artwork on my socials (twitter, tumblr, etc.). Please let me know at the start if you want to keep the commissioned artwork private, if you don't want to be tagged, or prefer to post it yourself on your socials.}

★ COMMISSION PROCESS ★_{1. You will need to fill out the order form below. This is to make the details organized and for me to keep track of your order.}_{2. Once submitted, I will review your order form and send you a message within 1-2 days with your preferred contact information so we can discuss your order in more detail.}_{3. After receiving and confirming your payment, I will let you know when I'm starting on your piece. I will send you progress updates of your piece.}_{4. Feel free to point out changes that you want me to make during each update such as character details (eg. skin tone, makeup, accessories, etc.), camera angles, and poses.}_{5. You are entitled to do a max of two (2) major revisions on your piece. These revisions are mostly on major poses, clothes they are wearing, lighting, and environmental changes.}_{6. I will send you a test render of your piece before I render it completely and post-process it. Revisions are no longer allowed once you approve the test render.}_{7. Upon completion, you will receive a watermarked and clean version of your order via Google Drive link. The final output is in PNG but let me know if you prefer a different file format.}

★ PAYMENT ★_{1. Payment is full 100% upfront once we've discussed and agreed on your idea.}_{2. Prices are listed in US dollars. You might need to convert them into your own country's currency.}_{3. For international clients, I accept payment via Kofi or Paypal. For local/PH clients, I accept payments via GCash.}_{4. Strictly no refunds once I started working on your piece. While this is a digital purchase, please understand that extracting and setting up your render takes time.}_{5. In the case that I must cancel the commission for any reason, any payments made will be refunded in full.}
